Hund was a German physicist. Hund’s rule of maximum capacity aids in predicting the ground state of an atom or molecule.

Hund developed a key aspect of quantum mechanics with “Hund’s Rule”. This rule applies to electron configuration and states “each orbital line in the same sublevel receives one electron before pairing occurs”. Draw a card each time your opponent draws a card.
