1. Shipping
All orders are shipped from Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Please note that customs processing or unforeseen delays may affect delivery times.
Important: Any additional government duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. If a package is rejected due to unpaid fees, we will not issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.

- Express / Tracking options – include tracking information and are generally faster in most regions.

As such:
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has been processed.
- Every item is one-of-a-kind and carefully crafted according to customer specifications.
