During each player's turn, as often as they'd like, that player may move a Pokémon Tool card from 1 of their Pokémon to another of their Pokémon. The attacks of Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's) ignore the effects of Pokémon Tool cards attached to the defending Pokémon.
