John Locke was born in 1632 and studied in the elite Westminster School. He is one of the philosophers who influenced the modern world the most, and He wrote the two treaties of Government, and in that he said that people are free against monarchs and kings and people have the right to life, liberty, and property.  Also, he believed in a democracy which was around the parliament. Locke made the basic ideas of the separation of powers among the Legislative, Executive, and Federative Powers.
