Choose up to 2 of your Benched Pokémon. For each of those Pokémon, put a Pokémon from your discard pile that evolves from that Pokémon onto it to evolve it. Put 3 damage counters on each Pokémon that evolved in this way. You can't choose a Pokémon that would be Knocked Out by the effect of this card, and you can't use this card during your first turn.
