It is impossible for there to be no wind during the final stage of this Pokémon's evolution. This Pokémon is purely love based, and it constantly stirs up huge gusts of wind due to the outpouring of unconditional LOVE it emits. It is even capable of whisking away unwanted creatures in gusts of wind.

This Pokémon is not a violent one, but, it does use wind power to form tornadoes carrying bananas, and hitting objects with unmatched precision. It also has the ability to hug a negative Pokémon and make it positive.
