Once during each player's turn they may discard a basic energy card from one of their non-tera pokemon e that doesn't have a pokemon tool attached. If they do, that player searches their deck for a tool card with Tera Jewel in its name of the same type as discarded energy and attaches that card to the pokemon they discarded energy from.
