Active Volcanic Eruption

Fires a CRAZY burst of lava towards the opponent's active Pokemon. Cooldown of 2 turns as the gun would need to recharge before it could be used again.

Just a normal Volcanic Eruption. Nothing too special about it for now. Does decent damage though.
