The Pokémon this is attached to can't do anything and the only way to get rid of this tool is to attack the card this is on (You can attack your own) but this Pokémon does take 70 less damage from the attack (You may put this on any Pokémon including the opponents) (This canot be put on active Pokémon and if a benched Pokémon goes into the active spot then this tool get's discarted)
