Ability: Pouring Rain

Once, during your turn and before you attack, you may attach two water-type energy from your hand to two of your Pokémon except Blastoise EX. (You can't attach the two energies to the same Pokémon. If you don't have two Pokémon or more except Blastoise EX in game, just attach one water-type energy.)
