Cissy is the Gym Leader at Mikan Gym. Rather than battling Pokémon, she prefers to have the Pokémon compete in a series of challenges. The challenges include a water gun challenge, which involves having the Pokémon shoot targets using Water Gun. The second challenge is a race in the ocean where the trainers must stand atop their Pokémon.
